Digital Product Policy – No Refunds
All sales of digital products on www.rjcalisto.com are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, PDFs, and downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Why refunds are not offered
When you purchase a digital e-book from RJ Calisto, you receive immediate access to the content. Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused. For this reason, all digital sales are non-refundable.
